Amanda and Jillian at Pet Express were fantastic in getting my Miss Molly from the US to Australia. They provided very clear instructions, liaised with my vet, and reassured me when I got nervous that everything would be ok, and it was! They were also super helpful when we had to delay Molly’s departure due to surgery and got us a new spot at PEQ in no time at all. Pet Express May not have been the cheapest option but every cent was money well spent for their professionalism, assistance and kindness. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to relocate their pet.

I can't express how thankful we are to have Pet Express help bring our furbaby to Australia. My husband and I were nervous and stressed about our move to Australia from the US and felt the need to ask for help for our pets transfer. I really appreciated how thorough and organised their team was, especially with Samantha who was our POC from day 1. I had everything I needed to know about, so easy to understand as though they were holding my hand throughout the entire process. I barely had to ask any questions. It was overwhelming seeing how many documents and appointments were needed but the Pet Express team made it feel effortless. Even our vet clinic (who wasn't so familiar with the legal processes) found it easy to work with them. Pre-departure: We decided to have our dog board at their facility a couple days prior to departure. Best decision. We were updated so often that we felt like we were a part of our dogs journey. We never had to follow up or ask about my dogs wellbeing. An interesting observation I had upon my dogs arrival, he smelt fine! Sounds strange to say but he didn't smell bad, nor was he dirty. I didn't expect him to be so clean to be honest haha. But that speaks volumes to the care they have with pets. Now that we have our furbaby safe in his new Sydney home, I actually feel sad that we no longer have to work with the Pet Express team - it feels strange. That feeling comes from a good place. We're thankful. I might also add, at one point our POC had to take time off due to an emergency and there no hiccup at all in the transition of contacts and information. That was amazing. We used pet express to ship our three cats from the USA to Spain. Pet express was extremely helpful! They answered all my emails and contacted our vet to ensure all documents were filled out properly. They even found a mistake in one of our certificates and helped us work with our vet to get it fixed. While they had our cats, they sent us updates of their travel, pictures/videos of them, and arranged for a pet hotel for them to stay in when flights changed. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them again in the future.

I’m not exaggerating when I say PetExpress has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company for anything. I am particularly grateful to Jane and Shelly. They were friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and proficient. Moving to Italy was a complicated and stressful thing to do, but they made getting my dog over by far the easiest part of it. Can’t thank them enough.

Our German Shepherd has recently arrived in Australia from Los Angeles and completed his quarantine stay. The process of sending a dog or cat to Australia is long and complex. Pet Express were extremely prompt and easy to work with from the initial quote, through to the actual flight out. They laid out each step we needed to take and when, and picked up potential issues we and our vet missed, to ensure compliance with Australia’s strict requirements. When we dropped our boy off for his final vet check we were treated like VIPs. Daily photo updates made the separation bearable. Highly recommend.

We just recently moved our two Dobermans from the US to Italy. After spending hours researching and attempting to organize the move on my own I finally reached out to Pet Express for help. My initial contact was with Jane. She was knowledgeable about the process, patient with my anxiety, but above all ci Vern ed with the welfare of Nelson and Audra. Each person I em puttered either with them directly or with a partner was professional and kind. The only hitch was the Rome airport and the difficult communication there. I would highly recommend Per Express to anyone considering taking their pets overseas.

We had an incredible experience with Pet Express while preparing to relocate our dog from San Francisco to NZ. From the beginning, Samantha and Valerie were responsive and took the time to answer all our questions. They carefully took care of all the details, big and small, to ensure our dog was ready for his journey. We felt that he was so well looked after and is now living his best life in NZ! I’m a huge baby when it comes to my puppies. (My 5 year old old puppies who just haven’t figured out they’re not puppies anymore). I was extremely worried about them traveling to Hawaii and I kept imagining the worst. When Jonathan from Pet Express showed up at my door to pick them up, he made it his personal goal to put my mind at ease. He kept me informed on their two hour drive to Los Angeles, sent me photos of my dogs playing and running in the Pet Express facility, showed me the awesome suite they would be spending the night in and then Jonathan’s team members took it from there. I even got photos of the puppies being loaded onto the plane the next morning. From start to finish, from working with the team at Airpets International to the great people at Pet Express, my dogs were well taken care of and arrived in Hawaii happy and healthy. I would happily trust all these people on both teams with the care of my dogs anytime. Kudos to everybody for the awesome care they provided to me and my puppies.
